Watch for the opening of Tracyton Movie House at the former Olympic Cinemas location in East Bremerton. Current remodeling of the space is spurred by a vision and plans that will surely excite all our Kitsap Peninsula communities. Although renovations have been underway prior to the pandemic, the move away from row seating to chairs grouped around tables allows for social-distanced movie watching. In addition to traditional movie theatre food, offerings will include favorites from the Tracyton Public House menu with adult beverages available. Think updated viewing of four screens, think space for a music stage and comedy sets with private rental availability. Owners James Alford and Bernard Orosz hope to include Video and Arcade games too! Stay tuned!
Formerly known as the Port Orchard Film Festival, the West Sound Film Festival continues to be an annual event that now takes place at the Historic Roxy Theatre in Bremerton in May. The event features talent, both local and abroad, and encourages networking, growth and shared love of great films!
